Parvathy Omanakuttan signs up for Nadhigal Nanaivadhillai

Parvathy Omanakuttan who has on the lookout of a meaty role in Kollywood may finally have hit the bulls’ eye as she has signed up for her next project in Tamil.Following her low impact stint in Ajith’s Billa 2. The movie eventually bombed at the box office despite the presence of Ajith in the lead. It is only in her good interest that she signed up Nadhigal Nanaivadhillai for a little price to stay in the eyes of her fans in Kollywood.

There is no doubt that if Billa 2 had been a success, she would be doing only roles with A list actors in Tamil. Unfortunately it is not the case with her. She says “My next movie has a lot of scope for me and I hope I can make a mark here. For me hits are only a part of the game and so are the flops.”

Anyhow she has stooped low and is now starring opposite a newcomer in the movie. Notably her character has been scripted to showcase her acting skills much prominently throughout the movie. Following a promising screen time she has nodded in favor of the offer by director P C Anbhazagan. The film however, is set against a village background and the girl will have to appear in a deglamourized avatar for the movie.

The film has Ganja Karuppu, TP Gajendran and Banupriya in supporting roles. Composer Soundaryan has churned out some melody numbers featuring veteran KJ Yesudoss. We wish the actress all the best.
