Vairamuthu must be a proud dad for his son Madhan Karky has been basking in success ever since he stepped into filmdom post his debut with “Irumbile” in Endhiran alongside none other than Isaipuyal AR Rahman.Following which he wrote down some memorable hits forKO, 7aam Arivu, 180, Nanban, Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi, Naan Ee, Maattrraan.
Nevertheless the lyricist who penned down his 100th song for Settai recently has not forgotten his initial days in the industry. Very recently he made it a point to remember a man who has been inspiring him through his career.
The lyricist recently remarked in a press release ”Rahman‘s music is he sole reason I started appreciating music. My childhood has been spent listening to his songs. There is no doubt that he stands at the pinnacle of success. I am happy to be a part of the core team that brought out a beautiful tune like Elay Keechaan. I also take this opportunity to appreciate the fact that Mani Sir gave me boundless freedom to work on the project. “
Kadal is scheduled for a release this February 1, 2013. Notably Karky has penned two songs for Rahman’s compositions in Kadal which is also topping the charts presently.
